Soft Gel Encapsulation

National Vitamin Company now has six soft gel encapsulation machines to make the “easier to swallow” soft gel capsules. In making soft gel capsules, climate controlled temperature and humidity are critical. Temperature must be maintained at 70º F and relative humidity must be constant at 25% during the production of soft gels and 20% during the drying process. Precision and attention to details is what produces the perfect soft gelatin capsules.
