The National
Vitamin Company manufacturing facility is fully automated which allows for
operating efficiencies and greater control over product quality and
consistency. The manufacturing operation is completely
climate-controlled and vertically integrated with dry mixing 2 piece
capsules, high-speed tableting presses, coating pans, wet blending mixers
and assorted industry standard processing support equipment. All
nutritional products are manufactured according to the strict guidelines
established by both state and federal agencies. We also follow the
Nutritional Supplement Good Manufacturing Practice Guidelines (GMP’s)
established by the U.S.P. and modified to meet our specific requirements
by our Quality Control Group. The Quality Control Group has the
ultimate responsibility and authority to approve or reject all products we
produce. |
